The Inside Passage is the most beautiful boat-trip of Canada (they say). This "cruise" takes about fifteen hours and sails, in our case, from Port Hardy on Vancouver Island to Prince Rupert in Northern British Columbia. The views are spectacular fifteen hours long (they say....). In our case it is raining tremendously for fourteen hours. Thick gray rain clouds hang over the beautiful views.

Fortunately we had booked a cabin in advance. Otherwise we had to hang in the bar, souvenir shop or on deck for fifteen long hours. Now we could rescind for a while with a book. And altough it is a weeny cabin with bunk-beds and toilet, it is pleasant. Late in the evening we arrive at the Moby Dick Inn in Prince Rupert, of which we won't see very much.
